Gloria Murphy
I am the active owner and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Care Inc., DCI for short. DCI is a corporation located in French Camp, California, a minority-owned business, established in April 2014. It provides services for seniors and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities.
Our mission is to enable any adult or senior to safely and comfortably age in their place of choice for as long as possible. We hire and train professional care providers and serve the people of San Joaquin, Alameda, and Sacramento Counties. DCI uses a team of 35+ professionals including MDs, PhDs, RN's, L VN's, CNAs, CMAs, PTs, Facility Managers, and other related professions.
I have been living in French Camp since September 1995. I have been actively sponsoring, working, and volunteering in San Joaquin County institutions and organizations since 1996. My experience working on local, national, and international issues will support the work that needs to get done. My experience as both a manager and a worker has taught me to look carefully at both the big and small pictures. During my career prior to starting DCI, I worked as a biomedical scientist at Stanford University Hospital and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
I am looking forward to working with the board to achieve the best results for French Camp.
